Adelaide Rosellas loving our nest boxes!

Last week we checked the 44 nest boxes at Frahns Farm that we had installed in June. We found five pairs of Adelaide Rosellas using the nest boxes, with between three and five eggs.

We also found a second nest box (in addition to the one we found in August) containing nesting material of a Southern Whiteface, as well as the beginnings of what looks to be a Striated Pardalote nest. A few spiders have also decided to make themselves at home!
