Fundraising with Bio·R is a great way to support the work we do.

By fundraising with us, you will be directly supporting the reconstruction of habitat for wildlife to ensure we provide for a biodiverse future. Check out some examples of previous Bio·R fundraisers below and get in touch if you would like more information for an upcoming fundraising event.

Past fundraisers

Mallee-Emu Wren Fundraising Pin (ongoing)

Funds raised: $500 (projected)
Impact: Funding will be used for habitat reconstruction at Frahns Farm.

Jesses Mess has created a beautiful, unique run of 100 pins of the incredible Mallee Emu-Wren, with $5 from the sale of every pin donated to Bio·R.

Social Media Fundraiser (2020)

Funds raised: $1,512
Impact: Funded the growing and planting out of 750 tubestock of Drooping Sheoak (Allocasuarina verticillata), a vital food source of the Glossy Black-Cockatoo.

Sophie raised funds and awareness for Bio·R’s Glossies Fire Recovery Project by asking friends and family to make a donation for her birthday via Facebook.

Open Garden, Adelaide (2014)

Funds raised: $13,850
Impact: Funded Bio·R’s habitat reconstruction at Frahns Farm in 2016.

As part of the Australian Open Garden scheme, Barbara opened up her historical garden “Gleeville Under the Hills” in Beaumont, Adelaide, choosing Bio·R as the charity to receive proceeds from gate takings, a cafe and a plant sale.

1900 Footprints (2017)

Funds raised: $13,125
Impact: Funded the fit-out of the Bio·R Nursery.

Tristan walked 1900 km from Adelaide to Tasmania raising funds and awareness for the 1900 Australian native species in danger of extinction.
